US Media Sales (USMS) offers a full range of professional services including media purchasing, content management, layout designs, copy writing and editing services. Our talented team is highly experienced and accomplished in the business and publishing worlds. Our business partners previously worked for major publications, such as daily newspapers, business magazines and major corporations.
At US Media Sales, we are very flexible in how we produce and manage your project, website, social media and/or newsletter. We can offer an array of business services and do as much or as little of the editing and production as you’d like.
Your organization can supply your own articles and have our editors and managers proof them and apply a little polish, if necessary.
Our US Media Sales team brings your content (photos and images) and articles together in much the same way a newspaper or magazine reporter would.
The end result is an article, social media post or newsletter that is interesting and entertaining to read, as well as highly informative. The articles we review and edit are comparable to the style and quality of the articles you might find in a business magazine or the business section of a major daily newspaper.

Newspaper Subscription Fundraising Program
Selling newspapers can generate additional revenue. Our company has worked hard to make it easy for you and your organization to make money.
Let’s make some money!
• Organization member sells at least a $1, $2, $5, $10 or $20 subscription
• Organization sends US Media Sales the subscriptions with payment
• US Media Sales pays organization $1, $2, $5, $10 or $20 for each valid subscription that remains active at least 45 days. Your organization makes up to 100% commission!
Here’s how to start your Newspaper Subscription Fundraising Program:
1. Register/Login
If you are already registered, simply log in. Not registered yet? Send us a message on the Contact Page. Then submit your information. You’ll receive a confirmation email in 48 hours. One of our sales representatives will contact you to answer your questions about the program and to set up your account.
2. Set up your account
Once you are registered, you can set up your account. There are different accounts for different levels of users to include: Administrator, Manager, Data Entry, General Data Entry and Seller. Each account level allows its user to access specific types of information. The Administrator account provides more top-level information to a user than the Data Entry account would. As an administrator you could access a Data Entry account if you wanted to input new newspaper subscription orders. On the other hand, the person you assigned as a Data Entry account user would not have access to your Administrator account. Our sales representative will be able to answer any questions you might have about account set-up.
Your personalized website also allows you to upload articles, photos, event listings and other information to heighten interest in your Newspaper Subscription Fundraising Program.
3. Assign personnel
Assign different personnel to help with the data entry of your orders. Each assigned user will have their own account (username and password), and can log in at any time to complete their work.
4. Input orders
Once your personnel are in place, they can input newspaper subscription order information. Each account will keep track of the orders input into the database and seller’s prizes. Participating newspapers and/or magazines receive this information to begin subscriptions.
5. Seller login for prizes (Special Customized Programs Only)
Sellers can log in to see what they have won, based on the number of valid newspaper subscriptions they’ve sold. A valid subscription is one that has remained active for a minimum of 28 days. If a new subscriber cancels his subscription before 28 days have elapsed, no prize credit will be given for the order and your group will not receive a commission for that order.
6. Send orders for processing
Once orders are input, attach payments (check or cash) to order forms, enclose in an envelope and send to US Media Sales (UMS) for processing. New orders and accompanying payment should be sent on a weekly basis to speed up the processing of a new order for home delivery of the newspaper. New orders and payments should be sent.
7. Collect commission payments
US Media Sales distributes commission payments for valid newspaper subscriptions to the participating group or organization on the 45th day after receiving the subscription orders.
